Our Story
Legendary Basketball Academy was founded by the Sanders family — a family whose roots in basketball run deep. Coach Lee Sanders played collegiate basketball and has spent over 33 years coaching young athletes. His sons, Kristopher and Austin, both played at the collegiate level and have continued the family tradition of giving back to the game.
LBA was created with a simple but powerful philosophy: every young athlete deserves access to high-quality basketball training built on fundamentals, discipline, and character development. We don't just teach basketball — we teach life skills through the game.
Based in Stone Mountain, Georgia, our programs serve athletes ages 8–14 with summer camps, private lessons, and group training sessions. Whether your child is picking up a basketball for the first time or preparing for competitive play, our coaches meet them where they are and help them reach the next level.
